To everyone saying omg cod is copy and paste we dont want halo to be, that as an excuse for your argument. Cod is a copy and paste and is the best game ever in terms of how many people play it and enjoy it. the only people that dont like it are fanboys. i even dont like it. But fact is copy and paste herp derp works derp derp cod for example… if it was soooooo bad im sure it wouldnt have millions of people online derp derp anyways point being halo didnt need change it wouldve have been perfectly fine with minor non gameplay changing changes such as weapons and new pickups or gametypes. ohh yeah and everyone who says most people like the changes yeah your wrong im pretty sure everyone i know plays halo for the competitve stuff like 1-50 and no amour ablities heck im the only one that stuck with reach. Good competitve gameplay and 1-50 and arena based fps is what made halo multiplayer good and likeable to begin with thats a fact.

It’s actually kind of impressive how pathetic you are
I for one do not want a repeat of the past Halos. I have enjoyed every single one for what each game strives to be. Yes, I do not enjoy Call of Duty but that does not make me nor anyone else a hater or a fanboy. To bring change to such a beloved franchise and not screw it up is indeed a gamble, but in my opinion a necessary one. As I said I have enjoyed every Halo, from CE to reach, (yes I enjoyed reach, shocking I know). I do not want Halo to shy away from innovation and change. Such an approach would lead to stagnation and disinterest.
I myself am worried about some features in Halo 4, including some recently announced. Though I am also eager for a new experience in Halo. This does not mean I want classic gameplay tossed by the wayside. I simply want the chance to enjoy a new style of Halo as well as enjoying what I always have.
I’m happy to see that both options are to be included in the game, which I hope will satisfy my hunger for a new experience as well as keeping what I have enjoyed for many years.

Just because something is more popular doesn’t mean it’s better. It’s all down to personal preference.

Im pretty sure that makes it the number one game out. i dont like it either but its gonna kill halo in terms of sales players and longevity.
