After getting to finally spending an extended play session in training mode last night, I have two things I think are absolute must have features I’d like added to training mode.
Shield toggle/ strength settings
I really wanted to practice SWAT settings last night to see how it would feel with the new BR, but I couldn’t 
Choose Bot Loadout
I also wanted to practice some shotty-snipers last night, but I could only give myself the loadout. Don’t get me wrong, it was still fun, but I wish I could have had the bots using snipers too!
Are there any features you’d like added after getting some time with training mode the last couple flight days?
Same here! I was hoping I’d get to do 4v4 Sniper battle against Bots in Training Mode. Perhaps after launch they’ll include more options for stuff like that. I also noticed that Bots dislike vehicles and refuse to enter my Warthog even when I honk, it should go without saying that I hope this is patched at a later date. It’d be frustrating to be playing CTF and the bot who has the flag decides to take the scenic route instead of getting in the nearest friendly Warthog or Razorback

I wonder if we’re going to get CTF bots at launch? For some reason my gut tells me we’re only getting slayer bots, but maybe we’ll get them in objectives! That would be pretty cool!
I’m surprised the bots don’t hop in the passenger/ gunner seat of the hog… You would think they could reuse the campaign AI for gunners? 
I definitely think we should chose the bot loadouts. Disabling item pickups would be good too to ensure the bots stick with their loadout.
I would also like to see a reset button to put everyone and everything back at spawns.

Being able to restart the beginning of the round would be huge!
I would actually love it if I could do something like ( not exactly, whatever would be close) set the game to restart me at the “start” of a round if I die. Bonus points of I could re- watch my life before the round restarts too…
I dont know why they cant just combine academy training mode with custom games all the settings that you ask for are in custom games. i played customs for a while but you have to end the game to change the settings unlike training mode where you can change them in-game

I’m sure it’s only a matter of time until they fix the Bots for vehicles. they even mentioned that the bots didn’t like vehicles yet during the stream before this flight
