I’d like to see golden moa statues scattered throughout the Campaign.
Something that hints as to Juns whereabouts would be cool, even if its just a little detail on a UNSC monitor or something.
I think a tribute to Bungie as creators of Halo would be a very appropriate easter egg as well, after all we wouldn’t all be here if it weren’t for Bungie.

The Easter Eggs were very much a Bungie Trademark…but Bungie is no longer doing HALO
I would expect to see 343 inject their own take into it but, not expecting anything as epic as what Bungie did
As much as I loved the old in-jokes like the crazy Marine (the one in ODST was the best), it’s up to 343 to decide what they put into the game. It’s not like they’ll be hiding old Bungie content (Marathon references, Siege of Madrigal, etc.) in Halo 4.

The 3 eggs mentioned in the op are tradition. They have to return. Though the third one may have to be an exception.
Personally, I want to see:
-Scarab gun
-Bobs (except this time, don’t make them suddenly disappear. Give them a nice transition, like Co-op teleporting or active camo. Also, give them a purpose)
-H2 IWHBYD style wave fight
-return of jumping Grunts: easter egg in CE PoA where there’s 3 Grunts in idle animation
-return of badass Grunts: CE Thirsty Grunt killed lots of Flood, H2 Outskirts Grunts killed themselves with swords, Reach trooper killed an Ultra Elite (I’m including him as a Grunt because Reach troopers are just moving ammo, which is pretty much what a Grunt is)
-scared Grunt in invasion opening cutscene: CE AotCR, H2 Delta Halo (H2 took it much further by making the Grunt play with dolls), H3 The Covenant
-Johnson’s speeches (I don’t care how he returns. Just do it!): CE PoA, H2 Metropolis, H3 Arrival
Halo 2 had the best easter eggs out of any Halo game, heck it may have the best one out of ant game period which is the scarab gun. The time and effort trying to get that was a pain haha. I hope they put easter eggs of that caliber in.
Neil must come up with his own Siege of Madrigal And hide it in the Campaign
I seriously want a Johnson easter egg more than anything else. Maybe have him help you through the rest of the level if you find him. Ah, good times
