No, he is not. Curtis Schweitzer is. I think he’s gonna do a really good job.

Marty is working on his own game at this time. Doubt he has time to do anything for Infinite.

I think in a couple of interviews he made it clear he wasnt working on anything halo related (for many reasons now… beef from microsoft, and now hes working on a game at his studio Highwire so for this strech of time he cant)
I respect the man a ton, but also, at the same time I feel like appricieating other musicians and artists probably is my prefered way to go at this point. If he came back to assist the project (which is not going to happen at least for halo infinite) that would be nice. But I think its nearly impossible for him to become lead sound design at 343. (which im sure is what hed aspire to do)
The music can be great without Marty, but without a doubt, marty is one of the few who started and earned halo a legacy. Much respect for that.
As for us fans we have to be able to accept new music from new artists. Its not going to have the same essence or soul of marty’s music but I do think it can at least hit pretty close to home.
