Music in multiplayer match?

I think it would be cool/nice/amazing to have some music in MM. For an example when match starts music plays for a while and then fades away. Track could be random or then different game modes could have their own starting tracks. Same for the end of the match expect track could be different when you win or lose.

I just think it would make MM much more epic.

What do you think? Discuss.

P.S Sorry if there are any spelling errors.

EDIT! Many of you might wonder why can’t I just listen my own music? Well… problem with the CONSTANT music is that it disturbs chat with your friends and other players. That’s why this would be better as it gives you epic feeling without disturbing your chat.

How about this at 0:49 when game winning kill is about to be scored: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmfGsuOacMA

Best. Idea. EVER!

That will just give everyone another reason to say “hur halo 4 is cod dur” though personally im not really opposed to it, but it would seem kinda out of place.

If they make it an option to have the music on or off in MM, I will be fine with that.

I would like that only, if music can be played during the match, not just during the beginning or end of the match.

It’s a good feauture (well at least IMO) so why not? So what if other game has the same feature? It doesn’t make it any lamer.

No. I don’t like the idea of music in MM. Just stick with the kill announcer and it is fine

I think some music at certain point would be fine, but it’ll drown out the beautiful new gunshots and sound effects. lol I’d rather just listen to music myself during MM if I want some. lol =)

I think it would be cool if they made it some kind of add on where you could listen to the Halo 4 soundtrack in the game. Now the music will play at a low vol. but you would be able to turn if off or on and customize it. Because I don’t know about other people but I play better with music. That’s why whenever I play Halo I always listen to my favorite Halo soundtracks so it gets me in the mood.

Oh trust me i don’t think it would make it lame.

it need more really ambientalist sounds, thats the main reason I left Halo reach it was so silent and yes a dramatical BGM when the match is about to end

this would be sick…i was actually thinking about this the other day and i would not be surprised at all if 343 did this

Plus 2:16, I really love the epic piano and drums combo - I’d quite honestly love to hear music throughout MP whether it be constantly or at select parts, the latter sounds more sensible. Or an option to change it?

Solely in lobbies, yes for sure.

I just got chills listening to that, It happens everytime when something is just so damn good!

A lot of games have post-game music based solely on win / loss. This could be heard in the postgame carnage report.
