Every time I try and play Multiplayer it says im not qualified, that i need 10 matches to be able to please help!!!

You need to play 10 games in the mode your trying to play to get ranked.

so team you need to play 10, slayer you need to play 10 and so on.

true, but he should be able to play. how should he get 10 wins if he can’t play?
