so with the many editions of halo5 i ended up with 3 warzone req packs, and day one i put two in, not receiving the packs from the second bundle i contacted microsofts xbox support, they didnt give me any answers so i decided ok maybe ill get them after initial 7 weeks of the first bundle, well its week 8 and i contacted microsoft again and was told to wait up to two days and if i dont get the packs to contact both 343 and microsoft support again, its been two days and no packs have been sent, so im making a thread to get some answers for myself and anyone else with this issue
343 please respond because this is a matter of money and customer support at this point

It was clear that you could only redeem one warzone bundle code. Hopefully you will get a refund or something similar to those 14 packs.
If you’re redeemed more than 1 bundle then 343 should be contacting you soon about that. You can only have 1 bundle per account, they don’t stack so you won’t get any more than that 14 packs. Not sure how long it will take to contact everyone affected though
