The update would suggest we are getting a fair variation of similar guns which makes me think Battle Royale pickup options or potentially a loadout system.
As I don’t think you’d ever have the option of spawning with different shotguns, my mind is leaning more towards possibility of a BR gamemode.
Probably warzone or at least hopefully because I dont think they would do loadouts after such a same weapon start in halo 5. Hopefully they wouldn’t do us dirty like that.

I think it will be cool if we find legendary variants of the weapons in campaign, super similar to how they were found in H5. I would prefer some of them to be wielded by enemy leaders and we get to use them after we win the skirmish.

I think anyone who doesn’t expect a BR mode of some kind to appear in Infinite matchmaking at or shortly after launch is a little naive.
Personally, I think they’re going to utilize forge and the community to build a BR mode outside of using studio resources. And I also think they’re trying to have one in matchmaking within 3 months of launch.
I have absolutely no evidence of this other than it makes good business and financial sense in today’s market to try and implement a BR mode if possible.

That was genuinely one of the worst videos I’ve ever seen. At no point did she say that halo infinite will have br. Thanks for showing me one of the worst halo channels though.
It may also simply be that they want to add variety and depth to Halo weapons by making several versions with the equipment changed. As in Halo 5 in Warzone mode.

Buhahahahaha bro did you forget what you asked? You wanted a link that “deconfirmed” what you said. I gave that to you. If BR was confirmed it would be everywhere lol. Anyway you just want to argue I’m not wasting anymore time on you.
I remember awhile back, I think in one of the forums for Halo 5, the devs responded to the growing popularity of Battle Royale and they said they have no plans for it in the future. With that said, I think it would be awesome if they did. At first, I was not a big fan of Battle Royale. When I first tried Apex Legends, I thought this is dumb. After I tried Hyper Scape, okay that changed my mind a bit. So could Halo do a Battle Royale? Absolutely. It could actually be much more similar to Hyper Scape. Maybe instead of 11 squads of 3 players, they should do 4 players each. And vehicles should definitely be a thing. Squads fighting over a tank or air vehicles.
I think if they did this game mode, they could potentially win over a large mass of players from Battle Royales that are looking for a Halo inspired experience, on top of potential other game modes that hopefully will be available at launch.
