So my first achievement issue is Devastating. I just recently got my times under 3 hours and added up all of the times myself for a total run time of roughly 2 hrs 50 minutes or so, however MCC has refused to update my time and has it stuck at 5 hrs 4 minutes which is a very old time.
My second issue is the spartan ops Smooth Operator or any other spartan ops completion achievement. After going through all missions solo legendary; the achievement is stuck at 98% and won’t pop. I replayed the last episode again just in case bjt it still hasn’t popped.
Lastly the Halo 3: Audiophile achievement and other audiophile achievements are broken for me. While I have aquired all 30 audio logs, only the achievements for logs 1-12 and 27-30 popped, meaning that I still need the game to register and re acquire logs 13-26 however there is no way to reset your progress on audio kogs without deleting your save data. My only hope is that I can get them again in co-op.
If anyone knows any solutions for any of these problems let me know. Been slowly losing my patience with MCC these last couple of days.

I know for the 30 audio logs, you have to find them in all one run and one game session. Including the 30th log.
