I just completed the campaign 100% on Legendary, yet some achievements are still stuck. I did got the achievements for completing the game (only after restarting the entire game and loading my save, by the way), but achievements for all UNSC audiologs, Max Valor, all Banished audiologs, all skulls, as well as the achievement for keeping the Scorpion tank in The Road in one piece, are all not unlocked or show only partially progresion.
December 15th’ hotfix suggested those problems are solved, but apparently they ain’t? Is there a workaround, or is this issue at least still on 343’s radar? I’m not in a hurry, just wanted to make sure it gets fixed eventually. Still love the game and everything you guys do 
Funny enough, I’m having campaign achievements randomly unlock weeks after I’ve beaten the campaign.
For the tank I had to drive it across the bridge at the end and right up to the door before the achievement popped
Also, if you’re using quick resume on Xbox series it can stop you getting achievements because you end up playing whilst disconnected from the servers
What console/pc are you using?
If on series x do not use quick resume and you should be ok
I’ve had some as well so maybe they will unlock in just a few days. Still, its a strange bug thats worth investigating.

Also, that doesnt change the fact that it is still buggy even after 343 addressing it on December 15.
I just completed the entire game and have picked up every collectible in the game. Rubicon Protocol is at 2%, Catacomb is at 0%…
OK very strange BUT most achievements have unlocked over the last few days. I just booted up the campaign and suddenly received tons of achievements, just by booting the game. Strangely enough, not all at once, but really over a few days. So now I have the Leggendary achievement like a day earlier than Heroic which is strange but hey. Not sure all of the unlocked yet, but it seems they will unlock eventually!
I had no issue whatsoever with any of mine other than a few delayed ones on launch day. Granted I always made sure I never used quick resume and always relaunched the game fresh each time I logged in after I heard about the initial issues.

Completed infinite on heroic and didn’t unlock these 2 achievements yesterday.

Speed ran through campaign again and completed it under 4 hours and I unlocked them 2 achievements but didn’t get this achievement.

Still a problem for me as well banished logs and audio logs…

Still having this issue. Did it ever get resolved? I’ve had the game completed for a month after putting off the Silent Auditorium but still have no achievements for completing the game or the ones related to campaign progress
