This multiplayer XP Cap is not fair and defeats the purpose of multiplayer. Why is there a XP cap when they even did the promotion for double xp. Especially since they should know how much Halo players play. If their trying to stop boosters its pointless.
they dont want us to max rank and get bored too fast. they also dont want the population to drop a week after launch.
