Okay so we have seen a small clip of Gameplay from Conan and heard quite a bit of news regarding halo 4’s Multiplayer but I kinda want to hear more about the UNSC Infinity (the ship housing the Spartan IV’s, and the name of Multiplayer) so this ship (from the images we have seen) is absolutely huge so if the MP is Spartan training and the battles are simulated then my theory is since the ship is huge the maps simulated could be huge and Spartans need to be able to drive/fly ANY vehicle to get out of a tough spot in battle, pelicans and phantoms in forge???

No. Pelicans can contain around 8 players in 1. This is not PC - If it were, with Battlefield-like maps and 64 player Multiplayer, then I would want it.
But no. And the Infinity is around 3 KM long, and the entire thing is practically a Spartan Army House. Only a small part of it is going to be for training simulations.
I know its just Bungie showed us that a pelican was drivable in halo reach’s new Alexandria mission and i want one in forge lol
Oh and as for the grammar sorry, its supposed to look like this.
The ship is pretty big, so it could make big maps, and pelicans could fit in with the big maps 
I think the Infinity will allow you to roam it to an extent to visit places like the armory to buy weapons, the multi-player area, campaign etc.
I doubt you will actually get to go from platform to plat form, deck to deck. It’s more of a concept to get an in depth understanding how things work, and tie in with the storyline.
Remember everything is connected in Halo 4 so that is why the Infinity exists.
