Multiplayer taking a long time to load

I’m trying to play multiplayer but its just loading, its been several minutes and I tried restarting my game but to no avail.

That won’t work until the 4 hour time frames kick in.

I thought it said 10:00 AM?

it takes ages for the multiplayer to load in
