Multiplayer sucks

Honestly. Why is there bloom? Why are there AA’s? Why is the jump height so laughable? Why is can a turtle strafe faster than a Spartan?

These things ruin the Multiplayer aspect of this game. Completely.

Don’t say “play the classic playlist”

Movement speed, jump height, and bloom are still there.

Why the F does my pistol have bloom? Why not just cap the rate of fire and make it no bloom? Even now it still shoots slower than the original pistol.

The lolAR still sucks. Give it 60 rounds to make it useful again.

I’ve played more CE Multiplayer than almost anybody here. I’ve played it on my PC since 2005.

This so called “Anniversary” Mulitplayer absolutely sucks compared to the original, and the original is 10 years old.

I’m still playing the campaign, but i was under the impression that all anniversary playlists had no bloom and were supposed to be more “CE like”!? (w no armor abilities)
or are they exactly like in reach?

Anniversary settings are tweaked Reach settings to play similar to CE except that it’s not 100 percent emulation of CE. Magnum has no bloom but still retains random bullet spread (which people mistake for bloom in Anniversary) and low Mag size. Jump Height is very low as well but movement speeds are improved.

The Anniversary playlists also contain TU and regular Reach settings. Both of them have AA.

No. It is bloom. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. 343 called it “Spread” so the community would shut up about it. It is bloom in disguise. The coding is exactly the same.

Movement speed is slightly above normal Reach, but with strafe acceleration still in play it means absolutely noting.

It’s both bloom and spread. The most evil of all evils.

I honestly don’t think 343 are going to do anything note worthy with Reach. They would’ve done something by now if they were to. Just hunker down with another game till Halo 4. That’s the best option, imo.

This game had the ultimate multiplayer, to bad they didn’t mimic it like they did the campain. Then it could have been a full blown game.

Then play the original? I don’t know what more you expect, but you should play what you enjoy.

I don’t get why they would bother with a classic title update if its not fully utilized in halo cea maps, which people bought MAINLY for a bloomless playlist with no AAs. So the only way we can play a true classic game now is through custom games? We could have just done that in forge without 343 wasting their time recreating old maps for matchmaking
