Like How Halo 5 Made Player 2 Pick Character, Let Player Pick His/Her Spartan Seems Pretty Basic \ Would Rather Play Arbiter Over Chiefx2 Confident 343 Is On This But < Who Knows, Seen Worse Mistake’s Before.
I’m curious about this honestly. I don’t know if we’ll be able to have our own Spartans roam Installation 07 but I hope so. Maybe as a secondary cooperative campaign similar to Spartan Ops from Halo 4 would be cool.
I think of the player 2 playing as the pilot, but I wish it could be your multiplayer spartan.

Seems like logical thing to do, Spartan ops too redundant
Our characters in cutscenes\missions
My idea is there are two modes:
An offline exploration mode where you just get a the complete campaign map, and get to play as your Spartan
An online PEvPE, where you can play as either your Spartan or a Banished Elite in the open world, with AI Banished/UNSC to fight/help you depending on your character.
It makes sense if chief is alone. If they continue making multiplayer canon then I would like to see my multiplayer spartan along with chief. I mean he has Spartan IVs fallow him into battle.

Exactly, who better than your (friend or brother/sister fathers) Spartan. Arbiter was cool but the same thing can be done for our Spartans in missions
It would be cool if they played as the pilot in later missions, like maybe he found a way to give himself energy shields or something lol

It would probably work well as a type of battlefield Halo experience, and if possible and far fetched a type of Arma experience in multiplayer which would probably bring in new players that have been wanting something like this on console
Halo infinite is supose to be the next Halo for the ten next years, so I think there will be additive campagn, maye with other character that Master Chief
I don’t think you’ll be able to play as your own Spartan in campaign.
But I do think there’s a space to be filled with a co-op PvE mode similar to Spartan Ops. I didn’t love the idea of our Spartans being background story elements in Spartan Ops but I get why they did it. The point of using your Spartan is that it’s your Spartan. I know I wouldn’t have wanted mine to be Thorne. Still, I’d love it if they found a way to have a story-driven mode with our own Spartan squads.
