Recently i try to play Halo 5, but then the game told they cant get my info, somebody help i want to play, but i dont want to lose all the armors, helmets, weapons and cards i got please someone help.
This may happen on rare occasions. If it happens, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and your Collection should be there waiting for you!
