It kinda went over my head the first time I watched it but the detailed overview of the multiplayer they mentioned that you can customize your Spartan on Waypoint (like you could do with 5) but that there is also going to be an app now? Also in the shot it looks like waypoint looks different from what the current one is. I think I remember 343 mentioning they wanted to overhaul waypoint at some point and that players would want to take record of their previous Halo stats if they want record of them (if someone can clarify this for me that would be great as I don’t really remember all the details if this was mentioned). I’m just wondering when this will be coming if this is the case.

Yeah they’ve been working on a complete overhaul of both the website as well as working on a mobile app which will have all the features you said as well as possibly other ones that they will go over tomorrow. The app and site overhaul itself may not actually release until closer to Infinite’s release date but it will be cool to see all of the features that they will have. I hope at the very least the app will include the stats and stuff that the old Bungie.net had as well as the stats they showed on the Halo Channel app(remember that old thing).

Hopefully they make it like the Halo Waypoint App that was in the Xbox 360, but with whatever they were planning on including with Infinite

The Inside Infinite blog posts have all come out at 3:43 pm Pacific time on the last Thursday of the month, so that’s most likely when this one will come out tomorrow. Of course plans could change but its a pretty safe bet that is when the Inside Infinite about Halo Waypoint will be released.

Can’t wait that information. An app that hopefully supports the forums would be amazing.
I’m excited to see how they implement this.
