Okay so i can not play any multiplayer, no co-op, nothing only single player and my nat type says open, ive called microsoft, restarted my xbox, called my Internet provider and even got a new game disc and nothing works! Says my console can not connect to a game which i dont understand how when i can play other multiplayer games! HELP ME !!
Try this : go to your xbox dashboard-settings-network-multiplayer connection (or w/e it is) - wait for it to say you are all good but do not hit A or B, hold down both bumpers and triggers at the same type, once the new screen displays your multiplayer connectivity hit B…hopefully that helps, if not good luck.
Any luck fixing your problem. I have been having the same issue. Every time I try to start an arena or war zone match it starts loading and right when it should start it then goes to a red and black disconnected screen.
It’s great only getting to play one or two games a day (saecasm). Would be nice if Microsoft or 343 would address the problem instead of ignoring everyone.
I am experiencing the exact same issue. Restarting the console, reinstalling, changing my DNS settings, trying at a friend’s house, nothing works. Getting very frustrating. I am able to play other Xbox games without issue.
Same problem here. It was working fine for days, had one laggy game and all of a sudden I can’t load a game and get two red network error boxes after matching me with opponents.

I am experiencing the same issue I’ve done everything from factory reset of Xbox one and router to calling my ISO and Microsoft. I have a partial fix for anyone wanting to try it and if 343 is listening for me if I disconnect from my wireless like onto a neighbors and then connect back to mine I can complete one full game it’s not time based because I can do either one war zone or one arena time isn’t the essence let me know if this helps I have to do this after every game and haven’t had a do in 1 hour
Having the same issue. Was working fine then it started acting up and can’t get into any games. It disconnects me every time it starts to load a match. Hopefully this is resolved because I tire of just playing the solo campaign.
This is still happening for me as well and this needs to be fixed. My Internet is not the issue here. Reinstalling, resetting the router, etc. Nothing helps.

Yes, it’s very annoying. I’ve been posting in all these topics for the last 3-4 days and I’m seeing very little involvement from 343 on this. This needs to be patched.

Agreed, I haven’t been able to play a single multiplayer game since launch.
