Posting for the tenth time i believe it is, Microsoft support agent Ron V. has told me to post yet again so here I go. The issue I am having is the game will constantly blackscreen when in multiplayer and reset me like I just spawned in the game. I am the only one this happens to in the game and it continues happening every 10-15 seconds or so throughout the whole match. This is the only game this happens in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game around ten times. I bought it on the marketplace and I have now resorted to buying the physical disc (waste of more money) because it did not fix a thing. I have deleted the save data, overwritten the save data from going offline to create new save data. I have deleted and redownloaded my xbox profile. I have reset my internet. I have hard reset my xbox. I have factory reset my xbox. I have opened ports in my router to ensure an Open NAT. I have reset my consoles mac address and cleared it’s cache. Essentially every single troubleshooting tip out there, I have done them LITERALLY at least twice for each one. Microsoft support ensures me this is the best way to get into contact with 343i, I disagree seeing as I have posted many times about this exact issue in the past and no one has contacted me.

wrong, it is not fixed. I’m waiting for 30 minutes right now to find a game and it’s still searching. Rebooted my router, hard boot of the console, still no game. Yesterday it worked great.

I’ve checked with xbox support multiple times and they say my account is fine and to get into contact with 343. Well seeing as 343 is garbage and have 0 contact info to reach them directly, I’ve been unable to do that so essentially i paid $60 for a game i can’t even play and the “company” that made it won’t do anything about it.
