I have no family settings at all on my Xbox One and i know for a fact i am signed in on the right account. Heck, i have games on record on my profile and yet for some reason i can’t access the multiplayer online feature anymore?! Can someone please be cool and help me figure this crap out? I’ve held down the power button for 10 seconds while my Xbox One turns off, tried that and it didn’t work.
What is it doing? I only had this one thing happen to me once but for some reason when I tried to enter a playlist it would just kick me out. So I restarted the game, didn’t work. Reset my Xbox, didn’t work. At that point I had to re-download the game.

Won’t even let me enter a playlist. I just press A on the multiplayer option to go online and it just flat out won’t let me do anything at all.

Have you tried plugging off the alimentation cable and then after a few seconds, when the orange or white light on the alimentator is fully gone, plugging it back?

What error message do you get?
Was this issue ever resolved? I just bought Halo 5 and it’s doing the exact same thing to me.
I was playing for a bit online yesterday and then I couldn’t join anymore matches.
This has happened to me a couple of times in the past and each time I find I just need to leave it and come back later.
I hope that helps, though it’s inconvenient.

Reset XBOX ONE X, cleared mac address etc. Just a heads up.
Also takes up to 20 minutes or constant looping indefinitely to find a match and can generally only find games in the afternoon.
Unless I’m playing with a friend in Canada, then i get consistent games.
This last issue was experienced both when i lived in Japan in 2014 and presently in Australia.
I join some friends to play mutilplayer on MCC and while it’s trying to load into the game I receive an error and it sends me to the home screen. It keeps banning me even tho i can’t get into the game. I’ve managed to play 4 games and I’ve been kicked while in loading screen 5 times and now I’m banned for 16 hours which is the dumbest thing ever. Please fix whatever issue this is.
