Multiplayer not working. At all.

Hello

I bought Halo 5 for my Xbox elite and it worked ok yesterday online for a couple games by my son. Then the requisitions page would not load and when I restarted the game, the whole multiplayer section does not work at all. Every time I try to start a multiplayer game it just says “Connecting to Lobby” and that is it. I cannot see any games or anything. After a while I get an error saying there was an issue with the halo 5 guardian servers and please try again. But it has been like this for a whole day.

I reinstalled the game, disconnected the router and reconnected, tested the connection but no luck. Nothing works for multiplayer.

I have seen people having issues with the requisition page loading up but this is the entire multiplayer part of the game. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem. The game servers never work for me. When they do 1/10 times, it kicks me out of the game for “Connection problems.” My wireless connection is great and there is nothing wrong with my Xbox. I got h5 December 1st and everything was fine up until around the 20th.

I have no fix for it. The best thing you can do is restart the game until it loads properly.
