Multiplayer not allowed

I see most people are having issues with matchmaking, but I can’t even get there. Since I started trying MCC yesterday, I keep getting the ‘Multiplayer is not allowed…check your account or family settings.’

No family settings are applied to my system and I have an active gold membership. Is there a known resolution to this or is multiplayer just disabled for now while problems are fixed?

I’d say that there is something wrong on your end of things, check you family settings again - theres some setting you have that isn’t letting you play, known multiplayer issues occur when within the multiplayer menu itself

Odd, now I’m thinking it was a temporary glitch. I didn’t change anything on my account and just tried again and it’s all working…

Are you finding matches?

Having same problem. Yesterday had problems finding matches, it did how ever find few games. Today can’t even try because of this note.
Haven’t changed any settings from yesterday.
For someone it helped to reset Xbox. For me it didn’t do anything.
Haven’t worked in 7 hours.
