Super pumped for the new Halo but I’m worried that 343 will throw away all of the multiplayer mechanics like sprinting and boosting from Halo 5. Not to say that I don’t like classic halo because I thought Halo 3 was great but I just wanted to see how everyone else feels about this and how 343 should deal with it.

While this seems like a good idea on paper and I appreciate you trying to think of both sides of the community and what they want this would not work. If they made 2 separate playlist it would split the community even more and you are basically asking for 2 different games. 343i would have too split the resources of Halo Infinite making the game in general worse for everyone.
