I feel cheated by 343, two days ago I’ve bought all of the map-packs including bullseye and I’ve got a chance to play some of the maps during king of the hill but to my own surprise a day later they’ve altered the playlist with Oddball and it does not required any DLC and not only that but removing the need for DLC maps in all the other playlists!
I’ve been playing Halo for hours without getting any DLC maps once and I’m sick of playing the same maps over and over again… I know most people don’t buy the maps but it shouldn’t affect those who do! Please do something about it, at least modify the matchmaking system to prefer those who do have the maps or alter the probability of the chance that the same map will come up twice match after match…
For now at least, does anyone knows on which playlists the probability for DLC maps is higher?
Thank you for your feedback. Halo 4 Matchmaking automatically searches for players with similar CSR, network connection, and DLC. We’ll continue to evaluate the best ways to make DLC available in each playlist - keep an eye on each Matchmaking Update in the Halo Bulletins and Waypoint Blog.
