Logged in today and my entire service record and warzone levels were reset. What happened?
Yes please someone offer a solution, I am having this issue as well.
Check your stats on Waypoint, it should all be up to date. To get back your stats on Xbox, try restarting Halo 5 or doing an Xbox hard reset (Hold Power button for 10 seconds). Hope this solves your problem!
