Whoa. You must have played really well in those placement matches
I haven’t seen someone ranked Bronze yet, anyone know if the ranks were reasonably spread out in H5 with this same system? Maybe Bronze is artificially small since people don’t like being the lowest rank.

It’s impossible to place into bronze, because you have to afk all your games to be considered bronze. But in Halo 5, to get into bronze you had to afk your placement matches, get into gold 1, wait a season, then do it again and place bronze.

Me too… It’s like a placement trophy in kids sports these days. “If everyone is special then no one is special.”

This one is not on 343. In every game placement matches the first season are messed up. There really isn’t a good way to do it the first season. All the games I have played did not allow players to place in the lowerst tier during the first season either.
The population size of the game is also very small. Spreading people out too far would mean games will never be found.

Well if we had a population counter like in all truly bungie era halo games we would know for sure. It’s sad we don’t
