Was good without problems last week, now today atless 70% of my games had disconnected me today! salt to the wound, FIRST game one guy DC’d then the remain teammates leave, leaving just me but I have a LEGENDARY arena boost active (spent over 50$ on REQs and this was my ONLY Legendary to show for it) so I need to finish this round, I suffer through 4v1 with 8-21 then I GET DISCONNECTED when they are 3 kills from the win.So I LOSE the LEGENDARY arena boost (lliterally MONEY wasted),LOSE the game and destorying my KDA for NO REASON.
It would have been better to LEAVE the game PLEASE FIX THIS!!! ASAP PRIORITY [ONE]
I played 4 games and got disconnected on one of them. I left for about a half hour, came back and I tried about 5 games and got disconnected from every single game! This is a complete waste of time and money! Please fix this issue soon 343 or I will never by another game of yours. I was very patient with the Masterchief Collection, but this is absurd!
Can’t even qualify in your weekend playlist. I keep disconnecting right before I win every game. Didn’t have this problem last week. My Xbox updates and 343 goes to hell… Smh. I hope this isn’t another MCC catastrophe
Yess I haven’t even been able to play one game I’ve restarted my Xbox and it says that I have a full team and we’re getting deployed I fixed my router and everything made sure no one was watching Netflix and it still disconnects me no matter what, I haven’t been able to play a game since last weekend because it keeps disconnecting me, I’m starting to get mad. 343 FIX
The same thing is happening to me. Got banned before I could even complete a single game. I know the problem is not my internet. I’m too busy to waste my time with this. Very disappointed.
A few days ago since my Xbox was updated to the new OS I have been having this problem. Never had this problem before and now its getting annoying. I somehow get the feeling that if I continue to play and am forced to disconnect again I might end up getting banned.
Its sucks to be at the top of the leaderboard and getting nothing for it in return if you can only last half a match.
I never had this issue until Monday, a day after getting the new Dashboard update on the Xbox One. Now, every hour on the hour, I’m getting kicked from games. And not just games themselves. If I sit in the menu, it’ll also kick me and my Xbox will go offline. This can’t be due to my internet, as 1) Nothing has changed since last week. I’ve checked the router, modem, etc., and 2) The wi-fi on my phone only disconnected one time (the first time), but after that, my wi-fi remained perfect on my phone even as the game crashed and took me offline.
It gets annoying, but I honestly think this is a Microsoft issue, a 343 issue, or both. However, I haven’t tried any other games to test and see if it’s only Halo. At any rate, Microsoft get your act together. >_>
First of all, you spending money (let alone $50 which is absolutely irresponsible and ridiculous), is all you. Secondly, the issue is being addressed. Try applying the suggested fix which has been at the top of this page all day first.
When you get banned, how long is it in effect for? My reason for asking is I have been having issues trying to stay connected and don’t know how many games I can keep trying to play until I get the ban hammer.
So iv disconnected about 20 times today whats going on? Now i have a ban for being disconnected? I have never had this issue util today so it doesn’t seem like it is on my part… this is really getting annoying winning in games to just be disconnected and then banned… my internet is working fine obviously im on here posting…
I’m joining the sinking ship; I’ve been temporarily banned for disconnecting, which happened after I actually manged to finish and win a game. I’ve checked everything, and all of my hardware and connections are working just fine. I’ve lost many boosts and wasted time getting disconnected. I know it’s just a game, but this is beyond frustrating.

I’ve lived in this frustration for two months now. My friends all play this game, heck I’d rather jump on CS every night. I’m swearing off video games…

This also started happening to me a couple of days ago and I never had any problems before. I’ve got 54+ down, 6 up, 39ms.
At the same time, I’ve also started experiencing lag and dropped frames for the first time since launch. Could this be related to the recent update?
