Hi. My account in halo 5 does not connect to warzone or social game, technical support has sent me here since they did not find a solution and apart they checked the system and nothing strange appears in my account, I can spend my supplies and claim the daily packs but I can not play, what’s happening? I have 149 levels playing and nothing has ever happened to me, I hope you help me soon, since no case of banishment or disobedience has been reported to me.

Try a hard reset to see if anything clears up.
