Multiplayer issues, 6 days and counting

Hello a few have mentioned such in other threads but I think more posts exclusive on this matter is needed.

I am suffering from the inability of being able to play multiplayer since launch due to this message “Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam” this message exists as an error on the Xbox support page but the way to solve such and the reason behind it does not match up with the case we are struggling with.

I am searching solo so there is no fireteam issues, my router and console has been restarted numerous times and under advisement of one support person I power drained the console too. I have reinstalled the game as well from physical copy to no luck, my NAT type is open. All relevant ports are open so no issue there, I can play other games fine on Xbox live so no issue there and no other issues with the console. I live in the UK for server region if that information is required.

I want to make this clear, I have been unable to play multiplayer because of this message since launch. I love the game I just want to play everything on offer.

Just bumping this up for visibility. There seems to be plenty of people affected by this and it’s been a couple of days and we still haven’t gotten a fix or any communication regarding this issue from 343 for that matter.

I’ve been having the same issue for the last 2 days, I tried posting and making threads but 343 hasn’t said a word about this issue.

There was one post on this where a forum moderator asked for more info but never replied again when supplied.

Out of curiosity are any of you running the New Xbox Experience Preview build? Have you tried removing your account from your Xbox and redownloading it?

Arena works for me but not warzone. Hope they respond with something

In Hong Kong, arena BARELY works (unplayable lag) and I haven’t had any luck with warzone.

Not running the NXE here will have a look at that suggestion

Always the MCC available with all halo games for Xbox one and redone Halo 2

I had this error. First time booting up The game tonight.

I am on NXE. I changed my connection from wired to wireless and started the game over. As soon as I did that the error went away. So try that.

I am having this exact same issue. My Internet is NOT the problem, I am able to play other games on Xbox Live just fine, same for my PS4 and PC. This is an absolutely game-breaking bug that is not being addressed and needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. I am responding to every one of these threads I see in the hopes of 343 noticing. Something needs to be done.

Same issue as OP here still. Tried all the fixes people have suggested. Also in the UK if it makes any difference.

The first two days I played without any issues, multiplayer… But now I’m plagued with connection issues similar to OP’s. Most recently ill get into matchmaking and it will get to the deployment countdown, and be sent to the main menu without any messages or notices that anything had happened.

Bumping because this needs to be addressed. This is gamebreaking and ridiculous.

I too am having this issue. I bought the game and was able to play the multiplayer (only reason I bought the damn game) for three games the first night. The next day, through today (2 days), I haven been unable to connect to any games in the multiplayer mode. I get booted out every time and get served an error to connect message. This is really frustrating, since the game was $60 and doesn’t work. I want a complete refund for my purchase and I want 343 to provide an answer to the issue and resolution immediately. This is unacceptable!!!

Having the problem on both wired and wireless, rebooted cable modem, router, Xbox One. Never had multiplayer issues with any other Xbox One games. I don’t even get into any game, it says I have to play 10 matches to qualify? So tell me which 10 to play!

Same Deezul, I’ve tried all of those methods with no luck.
