multiplayer is not allowed

I’m havin issues finding a game in matchmaking, I have a current gold subscription, I’ve powecycled my Xbox multiple times and I’m at my wits end.

Halo was working for me fine but then the lastest update came in and it was 1064 MB and ever since I’ve gotten “the multiplayer feature is blocked due to your Xbox live setting. Please make sure you have the corretc xbox live account and your family settings are turned off” which they are.

I also cannot access 343 or halowaypoint while connected to my Internet and am having to use 4G on my phone in order to type this which is frustrating as hell. If someone at 343 could enlighten me as to why it is ONLY your site that I can’t acces, that would be great. I’ve had no problem with any other site and this has only been happening since the lead up to MCC.

Nothing? Not even help with the website issue? I get that the problem with the ga me should be more widespread.

a lot of people were having this issue a couple days ago. I think it has something to do with the new update. I think they said it went away after a few hours or days(don’t remember exactly)

I’m still having these issues after u installing and reinreinstalling and a couple patches

AND I STILL CAN’T GET TO HALOWAYPOINT FROM MY HOME NETWORK! IT IS LITERALLY THE ONLY WEBSITE I CAN’T ACCESS.

I’ve had to submit these posts over 4G this is frustrating, should I call customer support? It seems like no one else has this issue
