For some reason, I’ve been getting the message that multiplayer is not allowed, whenever I attempt to access the multiplayer menu. This occurred yesterday after I had just backed out of multiplayer to the main menu and then when I tried to re-enter, the message popped. Apperently, it blames my settings, which there’s nothing wrong with and the account itself, which makes it sound like it believes I have a silver level membership which I obviously don’t since it’s only Halo that’s acting up. Quite frustrating. I’ve tried to both hard-reset my Xbone and clear the cache a few times with no result. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do before I contact microsoft, that might be of any help? I know there’s issues with MCC but this is getting more and more ridiculous.

Same here; the good news is that it should go away tho
