Multiplayer is not allowed? Wait what???

So I tried to get onto multiplayer and I keep getting kicked off because the game keeps seeing that my “family setting” is turned on. However, I have went into my family settings a magnitude of times, and changed it, again a magnitude of times, and I keep getting kicked out of multiplayer because Halo: MCC sees my account with strict family settings.

So is this a new glitch that 343 is failing to acknowledge?
What the heck is going on?

Which from this link I have provided I am not stupid, I know what I am doing I have checked family settings and yes I have hit “save” as many times as it would let me

Yeah, didn’t you know? No one is actually allowed to play online. That’s why MM is down.

No, I actually didn’t know Matchmaking isn’t down, that actually makes sense. if that is the case. but it would of made more sense if there was a message of the day, rather than saying “your family settings would not let you play on matchmaking!”

I was just joking and being sarcastic. It happens from time to time. Hopefully they fix all these glitches and bugs soon.

You probably need to download the 88mb update. Hard reset your console by unplugging it from its power source.

Or you can just do it the easy way by holding down the power light on the console until it shuts off.

I am having the same exact issue. I was able to play multiplayer last night and now it won’t even let me search for a game and it gives me the same error.

Bump, After the patch was applied, and everything, I can’t get on Matchmaking, My little brother who also has an xbox one is playing on matchmaking. Do I need to start sending pictures? Where is the fix?

by the way, I already downloaded the patch, and power cycled the xbox, What part of Its Halo, and 343 not doing their job do you not understand?

I can load multiplayer on all other games, and all games on my 360, but not Master chief collection. So people trying to say is me, is chidlish and immature. because these brats don’t like their Halo master race being insulted, and don’t like the the imperfections being pointed out

i actually went on it before but now it is not working
