So over the past 6 days I haven’t been able to play halo MCC it keeps popping up with this “multiplayer is not allowed” screen telling me I need to be sure I’m using the right profile an have family settings turned off I’ve done all that plus some extra stuff like clear me cache turn my Xbox one on and off sign in and out nothing seems to work. I can get it to search for games if I break the system by turning it off and turning my one back on but it never finds any games it just keeps searching I wouldn’t be that upset but this is the only game I purchased for my one for the fact that I can play halo 2 and halo 3 again. Please advise any help would be greatly appreciated
