Multiplayer is Absolute Trash & BTB is Hot Garbage

It did. If you think it didn’t; you’re clearly still living in 2004.

absolutely…The hate Halo 5 got is ridiculous.
Now, instead of balance and everyone simply having thrusters and being able to move all while it being balanced to shield regeneration…we have random powers scattered around the map and i have to look at a glow on their wrist to know whether they can thrust or grapple…that = NONSENSE MAN!
You guys just bashed 5 for no reason, it is perhaps the best overall Halo multiplayer ever. Period.

Or maybe some people, like me, prefered multiplayer stay true to classic halo vibe without overbearing movement tech?

Halo 5 moved too fast. Way too fast. It hardly felt like halo.

More like cod + totanfall + halo….

STRAIGHT FACTS

Players supporting Infinite now, will complain later on down the road after they’ve dropped $300.00+ ; LOL Watch, cause it’s the same thing they did with Halo 5

You said it was objectively the best gameplay

343 needs to step up their game… When i win a match the dashboard states my team lost when we really won lmao, i would also like to see some more big team maps such as a snow level at some point and an urban level for big team battle

the storyline is pretty much trash too… destroying the Infinity… don’t know what happen to most of the original characters… hell don’t even know what happen to the UNSC… All killed off by a boring team called the Banished which has been used in another game… just stuck with a bi#$hy pilot complaining about the hardships of war and wanting to go home… and basically untrustworthy charmy version of Cortana…called ??? …geez was the main story writer out due to Covid 19???

I feel the gameplay/mechanics are solid. My main complaint right now is the maps are pretty lack luster and feel pretty repetitive. Maps with more interaction and moving stuff/platforms would be nice.

I said

  • Halo 5 nailed gameplay and players are now just starting to realize that.

  • The MCC nailed a credit system.

  • Halo Infinite is nailing the final nail into the coffin for the series.

I never said it was the “ best gameplay "… Don’t assume or put words in my mouth child.

Read, then re-read and think before commenting or stating your opinion.

Halo 5 came out and had major flaws, over time the game improved ; Halo Infinite has MASSIVE problems right now and in 3 - 5 years, that may not be the case, but you kids are acting like the game is perfect, has no flaws and that the state of the game is better than past Halo titles that are COMPLETE.

Halo 5 isn’t a perfect game, but it’s complete now and the state it is in, along with the MCC is in, those titles are goals 343 Industries needs to achieve.

Right now, the fan base IS complaining and wanting 343 Industries to address the issues at hand, alot of variables factor into that, but 343 Industries is “ Ignoring “ the feedback and continuing to add recycled content from 2 - 3 weeks ago and using “ Nostalgia “ content to draw Halo fans in, the battle pass / Season of reach content is recycled content that we have received for free twice now in two different titles, “ Halo Reach and The Master Chief Collection “ now there selling that content ; some armor in a $10.00 - $30.00 Season pass, depending what one you got and where you are located ( REGIONAL TAXES ) and they went and gutted this season pass and now selling Reach armor in the in game shop…

Stop, think, then think again before commenting your stance and opinion.

I and every Halo fan is in full support of 343 Industries and any gaming company that has us investing or time and money into there product ; different opinions we all have, yes. Unfortunately some of are opinions are REAL complaints about REAL issues of the current state of Halo Infinite.

Can you elaborate. Which opinions are real and which are false?

The ones stating Infinite is perfect and nothing is wrong with the in game shop or gameplay balancing and playlist.

ALOT HAS YET TO BE IMPROVED WITH INFINITE.

Oh so are they’re spooky ghost opinions now?

Is this paranormal activity? I’m sorry I don’t see how the weapon balancing falls within that category. Given how closely it resemble thats of the classic games.

But to each their own, I guess.

Halo 5 was trash who wants a one weapon game

As someone who has put hundreds to thousands of MP hours into every Halo title all the way back to CE, I can say that yea, H5 nailed the game play. It was just hard as all heck to master compared to other Halo’s so most people didn’t want to grind longer and harder than they were used to in order to be great.

For a really long time, H5 MP was tied with H3 MP for the best in the series imo. (I think Infinite takes the best of H3 and H5 and uses that as its foundation, which is great!)

which was amazing and does NOT mean it wasn’t Halo.
They gave you guys the entire master chief collection.
That slow just jump in the air like a fish out of water is just so dated man.
We get it.
But how long are we just jumping in the air like fish out of water?
It needed the change and still does.
I don’t like powers being pickups but at least we can sprint.
The community hating sprint so much shows just stagnation of a franchise and almost killed it.

H5 was far more “Halo” than Reach or H4. H5 finally brought back equal starts arena gameplay for the first time since 2007. I didn’t care that people were thrusting and sliding everywhere, because everyone started with those traits on spawn.

Don’t get me wrong, I played a crud ton of Reach and H4 MP too, and I honestly really enjoyed them at the time. Being able to que into almost every Halo titles MP at the same time through MCC really just showed how crazy different H4 and Reach are from the rest of the equal-starts games though.

(I would still choose them over the MP of pretty much any non-Halo title though)
