If you are 100% accurate with the carbine you will win everytime… you miss a shot, youre dead.

If you use the DMR, Yes.

DMR by far.
The DMR is the most used I’ve seen so far. Not sure about the carbine, haven’t used it much yet in multiplayer. I rarely run out of ammo for weapons (in multiplayer), they give you a good amount and I usually die before I run out.
I only play Slayer Pro - So it’s the only thing I can tell you about, and it definetly needs some tweaking.
- You often run out of ammo (There needs to be more BR’s and DMR’s on map)
- There needs to be more power weapons on the map (The only time you get to see a power weapon is in the start of the game).
- The maps are way too big for 4v4, and I spend most of my searching for players, not fighting them.
- The DMR is better than the BR, so you will find most people using it.
multiplayer is sick. 4v4 slayer maps are way to small and have no flow. halo has always been a game about numbers and that doesnt matter when the map seems like a lil circuit with a mosh pit in the middle. im likin the BR more the fact that you have a spread makes it a more potent headshot tool than the dmr at mid and close range where most of my fights are happening right now.
I’ve only played one match and I used the Covenant Carbine. It’s very effective if you’re accurate and can make most, if not every shot count.
