Multiplayer Handicaps

For some people, the game is entirely too easy for them. They go 50-0 curb stomping players all the way. They’ve collected so many wins that they’ve become meaningless to them.

So how about something to up the ante: Skulls in Multiplayer. Rather than effecting your enemies it’ll just affect your person. Mythic won’t increase everyone else’s shields, just decrease your damage to simulate the effect.

…or how about Reach’s system of matching players gets fixed so tougher players against higher skilled players?

A really cool idea for H4, but people have to know if you have skulls on, where would the fun be if only you knew. Maybe have skull symbols next to your name kind of like the Halo, H3, star, BUNGIE tags we have now but with different skull emblems.

Is it because they’re playing people less skilled than them? That’d be a cool idea for maybe a specific skulls playlist but not in normal everyday matchmaking.
