I bought the limited edition today and got really excited to play it at home. I installed it along with the bonus I got and the 14 day gold live trial.
Upon opening the game, multiplayer is grayed out along with community and I notice that it says that I am offline.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
P.S I noticed that when I punched in the code for Xbox Live Gold it stated that it was meant for Xbox 360 or something like that? Not sure why it was saying that as the version is for Xbox one.
I think I’ve figured it out but my god is microsoft support absolutely terrible… The 14 day trial code that came with my Xbox was for an Xbox 360 not an xbox one (that makes a difference i guess??)…
Anyways they’re resolving it now (2 hours of resolving)
There shouldn’t be a difference in gold trial since you have the same account for both. In other words you don’t make a new account for your xbox one, so the code should have worked
