Recently I’ve been getting randomely kicked out of games, at first I thought that it was something I did, so I just ignored it, but I didn’t do anything and it became more frequent. This glitch randomely takes me to a blank menu in the middle of and activity that lets me press start to view my armor and reqs and what not. This menu also lets me see my friends, but it will not let me exit it so I usually have to quit the game and restart. This issue mostly happens during warzone in the middle of the game with no warning. About 1 out of every 3 games doesn’t work now. Any input would help, thank you.

Hey man it’s not just you and at first I thought it was my connection but it happens only on Halo 5. I’ve been given 3 bans for being lagged out and lost a lot of CSR.
My friend said he has a fix which was to delete your cache from your Xbox and restart it from the settings menu. I can’t quite remember the steps how to get there but I’m sure you can figure it out. It worked for me at least once.
From what he says it’s either too many accounts on your Xbox or to much memory being used from Halo 5. Like I said I can’t prove that it’s the problem but worth a shot. It worked for me and him.
I ran into this a couple of times. I’ve since completely restarted the xbox before playing Halo 5 and haven’t had the issue. By completely restarting I mean opening up the left bar, going down to the gear icon and selecting Restart, not just using the Xbox button on the controller to put it to sleep.
