Can anyone help I cannot play Multiplayer and its driving me nuts! Im getting this message
Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam.
I dont have a fireteam Im playing alone.
Please help me out!

I believe I know what the problem is - I hope I can help.
Like me, you bought an overrated piece of crap game from a money-hungry, incompetent, excuse-filled developer with no regard for your problems. Many people will report this over the coming weeks, months (likely a year or more) but 343 will claim that you’re the only person it’s happening to or that it’s news to them.
And as for playing alone… Get used to it. According to 343 the Xbox One doesn’t need friends who you can actually see.

Its happening to me to so don’t listen to the guy above. I hate it when people rant on posts about issues rather than try to help them or make notice that they’re an actual problem. This is the 8 thread Ive posted on about this particular issue. Don’t do what I did and uninstall and reinstall. Its rough. Im still waiting on it to install. Unless you have a disc copy than go offline remove your game install your game than go back online they download faster like that for some reason.

if I do that will I have to re update again? I have the disc.

Yea not sure how many times I’ve tried that today. hold the button on the console for 10 secs.

Most of my fireteam and myself just get a "disconnected " error while only the same person goes into the game…

No, I am completely alone in the lobby. Hard resetting did nothing for me. I can’t play Custom Games, Co-op Campaign, Warzone or Arena. I also made a post previously

I’m from Central Europe. My NAT is open. I use a wired connection (but I’ve also tried on a wireless connection). I am in the Next Xbox One Experience Preview Program.
When I first started up halo 5, I couldn’t play multiplayer, just solo campaign. I know there is a day one update that you need to install to play multiplayer, but I never even got a notification regarding, well, ANYTHING. I’ve read that if your game thing is 54.8 GB you should be OK, mine is 54.8 GB and I’m not OK. On the main menu screen it says I’m offline. On the upper right hand corner of the screen, there’s a series of numbers that say 75160, I don’t know if that means anything. I really, really don’t want to uninstall it because I fear that if I do it’ll erase all my campaign stuff, and I completed the whole campaign and I really don’t want to do it all over again so soon. My Xbox is set to instant on so I should have gotten something by now, but I haven’t. I don’t know what to do, can someone please tell me what I can do so I can play multiplayer and hopefully not have to do campaign all over again?

No Im playing alone and this happens. I did a hard reset several times and it still happens. I really wanna play online. help me out.
I try to boot up multiplayer and when I select any type it says “retrieving data” then nothing happens for awhile and the will just send me back to the main menu screen. Was just playing fine up until about 20 minutes ago.

Completely alone in the lobby in my case, I have tried a hard reset of console, router resets and even a reinstall with this continuing. Under the advice of support on Xbox front I have also did a complete power drain of the console.
my NAT is open, I have been able to access the req store and purchase but I can’t search for players due to the box appearing with Attention - could not find a server that is suitable for all members of your Fireteam.

Yea Same here
This started to happen after a match of warzone ? Is there a fix for this or something I really wanna play warzone some more but this retrieving data crap is frustrating I can’t play arena nor warzone
