Multiplayer doesn#t work

Hello,

sorry for my english, im german. So i have the Problem everytime i want to start a multiplayer game i get a black screen with only the mouse visible. After a while the game says im disconnected. So i cant play multiplayer. I already tried in 2 Networks with and without firewall. The single player works very well. Anbody has the same problem or somebody knows what i have to do?

I currently play on PC with no trouble.

Does you rig meet the recommended system requirements?

Have you tried a reinstall of Halo Wars 2?

Does the campaign work?

It’s a well known server problem, a lot of people cant play online. I suggest you check out HW over at reddit.

There’s nothing to do but wait for a fix

I really don’t understand how some people are experiencing no bugs at all when others cant even finish a game…
What region are you in? and what playlist are you playing?

I have an i7 of the first Gen but i think that should work, the rest should be fine also. No, not yet everything works but not the multiplayer. I tried again and it looks like its extremly laggy. But i have a 100Mbit downstream so that cant be the problem.
