Since the new update for the Xbox one for some reason every time I try to play the Multiplayer I keep getting error message. But all my fiends can still play the multiplayer, Ive been onto 4 different support chats and have tired everything to fix this problem but nothing has worked. If anyone can help my problem id really appreciate it!
Same for me everything was fine before the xbox update but since then im not even able to play a game. As soon as I find some player, it says connection lost. Ive been checking my connection with other game and everything is fine. Is it because it a Wifi? should i use a cable?. Anyway it really stinks

you’re always better off, where possible, playing online games connected to your router wired.
Wi-Fi can be a bit unpredictable, but that probably won’t sort your issue.
Do you have a static IP address in your Xbox
Is the MAC address of the Wired connection of your Xbox reserved in your DHCP scope of your router.
Have you forwarded relevant ports to your Xbox’s IP address?
