I seriously think you guy’s should consider extending this beta for 1 week at least. I can’t count the number of friends I have asked to try this game, and they respond with “I did try, it ALWAYS froze so I gave up”. Extending it 1 day and fixing the freeze, I can count how many of my friends I can get to try it when I get home from work tonight…0. “Oh they fixed the freeze? But it ends tonight anyway? Oh well I guess”

You guys should run it through the weekend. Gives you more time to test things, more time for people to play and honestly, the traffic flow during a weekday vs a weekend aren’t even comparable. At least in terms of me and my friends, we don’t have much, if any, time to play during the week, but the weekend? I can do like six hours.
And you decide to tell us this after I stayed up until 3 AM last night?

Mmm… They didn’t test their AI at all… I’d love a 2v2 Skirmish beta for me and my buddy. Could even use the same maps they already used for all I care. In fact, it’d probably be better if they did so they don’t spoil too much.
I will say, that while I think you should absolutely maintain the beta and put up a skirmish mode to test the AI, it should only be done for another week at maximum. The “keep the beta until release” is detrimental to sales in the long run, but you guys don’t need me to tell you that.
343 you should at least extend the beta for an extra week. I have played everyday and this game has been giving me the most fun of my day at home. When everyone is busy to hang out or I’m simply bored I go on this game and can play for hours! If anything we can test out so much more for this game and give a lot of feedback. Maybe keep the beta running until it’s released? ;D

Ridiculous decision and timing to push out a 4.2GB update just a few hours before the end of the extension. I’ve been playing all day without any issues (for a change) and this large update has only just kicked in meaning that the extension will be over before the update is installed.
