afther 20 times finnaly i can play halo wars 2
So ya, I am experiencing the tutorial cutscene freeze right after the main menu too. I tried waiting a few minutes in the menu before clicking start & it worked…until 2 seconds into the cutscene & the game’s “Retreiving latest game info” pops up & freezing the game every time…great.
Can’t comment on what caused it, but had an entire game freeze and crash. Xbox dashboard still worked fine, just a game freeze that needed a reset.

no no no just turn your xbox off and turn it back on then keep trying
When i rally my troops across the map (over the gap) they get stuck and don’t move around the terrain.
When searching in co-op, my friend get kicked out a lot.
- Fix the select system when building troops etc. it’s to easy to slip in to the wrong selection. - I want hear when I move my troops more, sometimes i need to click a lot to ensure that they are going the way i want them to. - Fix the searching co-op system. - (edit) Fix the Spanish problem. No one in Europe wants to hears spanish, unless you live in spain.ManligHaloSverige

Simply cannot launch the game keep restarting hardware and software, given in hours and nothing…
As soon as I press start the halo wars 2 logo shows up and it freezes. I now it’s just a BETA but if this doesn’t get fixed before the end I’m not going to buy HW2
I can’t get past the start screen in the game. The game freezes and crashes every time I try to start the game.
Here’s what I did to solve the freezing after pressing Start and ending up on the Halo Wars logo(with B to skip). Instead don’t press anything. Let the camera pan out the units and Spartans at least 5 times with the first shot being a pan out of the whole team of hogs, spartans, etc. Meaning let it do it’s whole rotation of camera angles at least 5 times. Do more if you want. Let it load out. Then immediately after pressing start SPAM B. That’s what got me in. Hope it helps.
I’m 6 minutes into a Halo Wars 2 Beta match, and it still says “waiting for players…”. Is this a bug or is it the connection? I also had to restart the Beta like 4 times before it would start working.
My game crashed over and over after pressing start. So I hit X to switch profile and chose the same one and the game started on its own so try that!

Been getting the same start menu issue
A tip from a friend if it freezes on you. “Press the start button and spam b at the same time.” Tell me if this works.

Did someone also saw the season pass for Halo wars 2 and the nice limited version for 120$?
