Very glitchy. Controller response time is slow. Loadup time is slow. I had to restart my xbox 3 times to even get it logging in. And to top it all off, I cant log into matches. I will try again tonight.
Can you make the cursors on console to stick to units? I find it irritating that every time I try to highlight an enemy it just scroll past away from it, this happens constantly when I want to target the sentinels. In the original Halo Wars it was really easy to select Allied and enemy units.

Hello HW2 team , I have some bugs to report … ( I play HW2 for XboxOne )
- graphic bug → some time the graphic in the main base is confused and I can’t see my base but if I move away the view from the main base it become normal … so the bug is only for the main base …
- graphic bug → is not possible to see the fire from many weapons or vehicles , like as banshee , wartog gauss , ecc .
- game bug → during the beginning of the match it often happens that the view is blocked and a message appeare sayng " waiting for other palyers " . The wait can take up to a minute …
This is what I found during my firts eleven matches …

Beta freezes\chrashes doesnt load lags out of match please fix before beta is over i have yet to play ill keep trying!
First of all for the gaming community needs way more time than a week to learn and work on all the bugs and since its comming out in 2016 then we should have plenty of test time, second of all you need to put deathmatch in the beta now because its the better game type to play and it would be eaisier to look at the bugs from that point of view, please do all of us a favour and make a good game don’t ruin it, because halo wars was a great game and im looking forward to seeing you’re improved game and i can’t wait, i realize im on the wrong thread to post this bit i don’t care read it anyways.

Yes this is A big problem for me, I’ve waited one full day, and I get this, wow well done, you’ve actually made a super combine of a T-bag in my face, what a good intro
I love the game, but I have noticed that the units often don’t fire at the enemy. They fire at a piece of ground where the enemy used to be and it causes damage. Ex- air units will fire at empty plot of land, and it will be damaging the tank directly beneath the air unit. He bullets are nowhere near the tank. Also, the people dropping out thing should be fixed. Maybe like within the first minute or two minutes a new player can jump in. If one of the original four doesn’t connect at start, the team is already at a huge disadvantage. Or like have a separate playlist for those who are willing to jump in with the resources, buildings, and supplies of another player who couldn’t join. Or maybe a reconnect option, where players can reconnect midgame if they lagged out. I know this is probably all insanely difficult to change servers and stuff, but I’m just giving ideas. Games that require teamwork and long periods of time to play need excellent connections and players who aren’t just going to abandon those who really want to play to the end.
I played a match of Halo wars 2 but I couldn’t move my control wasn’t responding to any of the buttons. It worked when I pressed on the big X button in the middle to turn off the control or console but it didn’t interact with the game at all. So I was waiting for 10-15 minutes for the stupid match to end. No harm done just got a free gold pack for staying in the game.

okay for one is it just me or is the beta 13gb cause mine was. Second. I load the game past the 343 industries logo and black screen just sits there. Will it load or should I just uninstall it wait another day and then install it leaving me with 5 days left to play and havent even got the chance to yet

I got placed in a game, and the whole game I was stuck with the “Waiting for players…” message over my screen, unable to do anything for the whole match. My teammate and at least one of the other teams were able to play.
after downloading the Beta, I got to the start screen where by pressing the start button the screen froze at the beginning of the tutorial video. I restarted the Beta and got back to the start screen. I press start and the entire game freezes. I once again restart the Beta and reload it. However the start screen never appears and only a black screen with background music is heard. For the fourth time I restart the game, get past the start screen and able to watch the tutorial. Now I’m in the multiplayer lobby and ready to play. But upon pressing the Halo Wars 2 Beta playlist, I automatically receive messages saying “cannot connect to server” I repeatedly try to connect and restart the Beta and my Xbox over and over with no change. I even try to join a friend or invite them but the friends list is completely froze and does not allow me to select anything. At time the lobby lags very badly causing everything to slow down or stutter. At the time of me writing this I’m continuing to try to access the beta.
A few bugs me and my friend have experienced-
Characters shoot the ground; bullets ricochet and miss (still damage target)
Grunts fire, but don’t have plasma flying
Snipers shooting through rocks
Constant crashes and lag in menus/after starting a new game
I can’t stay in a match for longer than 6 minutes without the game crashing. For the little that I have played, i really like it.

If this continues it is usually because more than one device is connected to the same internet. If this is not the case then I have no clue lol:-P
