  1. The game has trouble getting past the tutorial screen before it freezes and I have to restart the game
  2. I got a “Waiting for players…” message in the middle of a domination match and it would not let me move for the entire match so the enemy team won. I guess they didn’t have the message but my team did?

Major fixes required, even for a beta. I didn’t spend two hours waiting for a beta to finish so I couldn’t enjoy it.

sometimes I get in a match and the game decides to quit to dash … Leaving partner to play 1 v 2.

I press start and immediately get a frozen screen. The only war I’m fighting are against bugs…

When i upgrade my Hunters that they have the Beam, it sometimes does not show the Animation for the Beam, but the Enemy still gets hit.

Can’t get past the “Thank you for your participation in this beta” screen after the first launch.

I’ve tried completely rebooting the console (holding the power button until it turns off). I’ve tried launching the game in and out of a party. I’ve tried launching the game with and without a mic plugged in. I’ve tried launching the game with and without my Kinect disabled. I’ve tried clearing the reserved space and save data to see if that helps it launch. I am playing in the English system language.

The game launched just fine earlier (about a couple hours ago). Since then I closed it and I just tried to relaunch it and it sticks on the screen mentioned above. Music still plays but won’t advance past the menu (so doesn’t seem to be a full lock-up).

I am running the latest release OS version (10.0.10586.1202)

I’m with everyone else, I have got to “play” 1 match and it was glitch fest. Now I can’t get past the intro screen before it freezes. Close game reopen and same thing over and over and over and over again.

Sometimes when I start Halo Wars 2 it usually freezes when I try to skip the tutorial

I press start to join, and it gets stuck in that tutorial at the beginning. Can’t get past it.

Spartan Bug!
I don’t truly know if this is a bug, but when I use my Y ability within a vehicle with my spartan he jumps out of it, thus making it impossible to lock down or unlock units without my spartan jumping out as well.

It freezes on me two times after the initial messages when the game boots, I just quit the application and then reopen it. I have gotten past the tutorial without a problem. I anticipate that the game will work on your next boot-up.

my Halo wars 2 beta won’t go past the thank you press A to continue screen. Tried several times many ways.

Was able to get 1 game in so far, and the game itself seem pretty cool but the animations and the cartoony graphics don’t really look up to par. But this is a beta and the game still has months to go before its release so we will see what happens. Oh yea and one more thing, I would like my LT back where I can zoom around the map faster.

My problem i had with halo wars two was the inability to use my controller. I was originally using my standard controller and quickly changed to my elite controller during a loading screen introducing me to a match with 3 other players. I tried turning the controller off and back on and it did nothing; i tried connecting it with my console and it still wasnt able to respond. I reverted back to the orignal controller to play the game. (i lost :confused: )
After i finished, i tried to restart the game and nada… no response. I tried different combinations but they failed. So i restarted my console and it worked like intended. Tried to replicate and it did it again. This could be an issue that should be looked at.
I would like to add that it would feel much better if i had a better view of the warzone. It really grinds my gears that i have a limited field of view. Doesnt have to be drastically increased.

Sometimes when my AI especially warthogs and hornets shoot their bullets go flying way above the enemy but still damages the enemy. Not game breaking just visual.

Sometimes when when I go to capture a domination point it doesn’t register that my troops are there even after pressing X several times, I have to go move troops away then send them back and it’s fixed. (Happens for me about 10% of the time) isn’t game breaking just time wasting

and one thing I’d like to see is longer game modes, ultimately this’ll be in the full game but for now the one gamemode of domination (unless there’s more? Lol) are very short

  • There’s a glitch where you can’t leave your friend’s lobby because you can’t click on you nor your friend, forcing you to quit your game. - There’s a glitch where a match loaded, and while the match was going on, I couldn’t do anything. There was a large blue bar across the middle of my screen. It wouldn’t go away, and I couldn’t do anything, so I had to quit the game. - There’s a glitch where if you win the match, the game will say defeat and gives the enemy team the win. - After the logos load, the screen where you have to press start before the tutorial video will be a black screen instead. - When the matchmaking found a match, it said players found, but then the screen froze. - Sometimes the Grunts cannot grab the objective, they instead just keep running into it. - Sometimes when you select the find game option, when it goes to load the next UI for searching, the game freezes. - Sometimes when you select the find game option, when it tries to load up the next UI for searching, the game freezes. - Sometimes if the game says the connection to the servers was lost, the game freezes.

Sometimes the bullets or special powers animations don’t show up. So far I’m liking it a lot.
