Its not playable, cant get past the title screen without it freezing. Waste of time.

The 17th-20th it changes to Teamdeath match and that’s exactly what it’ll be fighting till one team is destroyed
Like others, I am unable to even get into the main menu due to the game crashing.

Tried it… Many, many, MANY times… The only time I’ve ever been able to avoid a crash was when I logged in without selecting any profile (what Xbox One Application allows that anyway?) but the only thing I could do was watch the tutorial and go into the controls… It would not allow me to select a profile from that screen. I mean, I’m no scrub at troubleshooting and when I tell you I’ve tried everything… I mean everything, For hours and hours and it’s not working
it crashes a lot
I found so far that there are some visual bugs with the units firing and units merging into each other, and also some pathfinding issues
Getting a blank screen on start up, I close the game and just retry, would love to vs. Against ai to get a feel for what I’m doing, the one game I managed to play I got annihilated. And sometimes it will freeze me up saying waiting for players while the enemy takes control and is able to play. All and all fun game, much more to it than the first one
Beta is completely broken atm. A response from the devs is needed.
This worse than when the MCC first launched… After hours upon hours of troubleshooting I still haven’t played a single game. Nothing will get me into a game, not even deleting and re-installing the entire beta.
I can reach the title screen but the game freezes about 2 seconds after I press the menu button to start. Furthermore, the game sometimes crashes as soon as I quick launch it from the dashboard.

When pressing A to pass the welcome message and the Menu button to proceed all works on a standard Xbox One controller but not the Elite.
Tried it with Elite functions enabled and disabled on the controller but the game still doesn’t recognise button presses.
This is the Xbox One version on the latest build of the Xbox One Preview program.

Thank you for the input, all I’ve tried has been on the Elite Controller… I’m trying it again with a regular one now

Had the game freeze when loading into my first game, didn’t even get to shoot anything
At the camera spin with the spartan, press start then spam the B button. If it dosent work, rinse and repeat.
