Downloaded the game started it up and it freezes Everytime I press the start button to play the game. Any ideas?
no point in trying the beta if you can’t even load into the game after hitting start
If I have a global rally point set up sometimes troops get “stuck” at the opening of the home base and can’t move unless individually selected
UPDATE 3: Still frozen and completely unplayable but mashing the skip button at the loading screen enable me to progress to what appears to be the multiplayer menu… But no text is loading; just a background image of a Spartan standing in front of a warthog and two empty Windows…
More broken then Master Chief Collection, and that is saying something!
each time i try to play it freezes at the tutorial screen
So I launched the game I can’t press a at the start screen.
I cannot make it passed the opening sequence of the beta… Anyone else having issues?
It won’t let me play the beta. i keep getting stuck on the start menu and if it manages to get [past that, it freezes on the intro withing the first 2 seconds. i have hard reset my xbox and tried atleast 15 times now and it will not let me play.

edit1: I figured out that if data doesn’t sync with halo wars it freezes.

he mad that there is only one game mode and probably keeps losing.
Been going smoothly for me. Starting up my 5th game. Have had an issue with Spartan Jerome taking friendly vehicles, he just runs on circles around it and never takes it. Takes enemy vehicles just fine tho. Have had a couple lags while opening the game. But generally works after quitting the game the re-opening
I’ve got the exact same freeze problem as SiN SHOOT2KILL. Any chance re-downloading the game would help?

Yeah, it definitely doesn’t have anything to do with, the fact that about 50% of people can’t even get past the first couple of seconds of the tutorial, or that the ui, and AI are fairly broke, or that the beta isn’t even worth downloading, because of said problems,
Getting dropped from games frequently and also I don’t like the 2v2 domination game mode. You just get enough time to upgrade troops and have a full army and the game is over. moving around the map is a lot more difficult than hw1.
While I had issues with the game freezing on the tutorial screen, manually closing the app & restarting worked (on the third try).
Other than that, I have not encountered too many significant bugs. Troop movement could use some refinement, as I have had units get stuck at the base doors, and other seem to struggle turning around or navigating around terrain barriers. Every other bug I have observed has been purely aesthetic; troops stack inside each other when garrisoned, and the vulture missile & MAC round animations seem to be missing. However, overall gameplay is remarkably smooth.

Also I think that 1v1 classic game mode would be a lot better for learning hw2 a little better. Even private matches would be cool. Other than that, it’s running smoothly and I love how the game looks. I cannot wait for the real deal!
on my second game there was a notice saying waiting for players but a few minutes in it said one of the defence points was captured by the enemy team. wtf?!
The warthog will instead of shoot the enemies it will shoot in the air it will still do damage but still needs a fix. also sometimes you tell them to shoot a enemy they will shoot but there is no muzzle flash and no damage is done.
