Multiplayer audio problems

Basically this means you now hear enemy gunfire and footsteps from all over the map but still have no idea where it’s coming from.

Audio is pretty terrible in most modern shooters and Infinite is no different.

My biggest issue is footsteps. You can’t hear an enemy until they’re right up your -Yoink!-. And directions too. Never used to be an issue in games like counterstrike. Now no game can seem to get it right.

@K0NSPIRACY I haven’t thought much of the changes as the biggest differences I’ve noticed is the overall mix being quieter and possibly more compressed (less dynamic feeling - especially with the music) and the ravager overcharge is louder and more clear. Also, in matches I found myself increasing the volume on my headset to a higher setting than normal to hear footsteps and shots more clearly.

I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in audio quality, loudness or directional tbh.
