Multiplayer Access Required (PC)

I’m running into an issue on the Halo Infinite tech preview that after I log in with my Xbox Live account, I click multiplayer and it says “Multiplayer Access Required”.
If I click Okay, nothing happens, if I click cancel it says “Account Not Authorized”. I checked the FAQ and nothing there relates to this particular issue. It’s the only gamertag I logged in with and it’s the one associated with Halo Waypoint.

Any thoughts?
