Playing the warzone maps in the past, couldnt help but notice many areas are constantly unused in the game, no troop movement through them whatsoever, and thus the clever gamer sometimes takes advantage of this to sniper everyone. but any way how do you spread everyone else out enough to bring out the map more?
Multiple teams setup would allow such development within the game, instead of having just two teams and two defense types, have multiple teams duke it out, this would increase the competitive atmosphere of warzone, as no longer would the player be looking for one enemy spartan type but multiple, this would increase the difficulty and would force the player to intelligently interact with the areas more, as to come up with new strategy, and would increase the amount of reqs the player would use, as they cant just hide in a base any more as more than one team will be moving in on them from all sides, as it would keep the players on there toes, which gains 343i more profits, and more money means more content.

A multi-team Warzone would be great! they could move parts of the map around or remove them entirely so it would fit the right amount of teams. Maybe everyone spawns in an armory and the longer you hold it the more points you get, then you can also capture enemy armories to get more points, basically Territories on a much larger scale.
Map designs would have to change if there were more than two teams. It’s not as simple as judging adding a new team to it. Spawn points, extra bases (unless you’re wanting a new warzone gametype variant anyways that’s slayer based rather than capture based), believe it or not map size depending on how many teams (and if team size stays at 12 for each team), plus can the game handle it? People have wanted a halo 32v32 battlefield type thing for a while now and h5 can’t support that the way it’s currently built. I like the idea, just don’t think it’d be worth the effort at the moment.
I envision it as a multi team BTB on a Warzone map with REQs enabled. Maybe 8v8v8? Since normal WZ is already max 24 players I don’t see the issue of having 3 teams of 8 instead of 2 teams of 12 going at it.
I could also see less spawn trapping and farming because 1 team wouldn’t be able to trap another 1 team. Team A would somehow have to deal with the Team C and trap Team B simultaneously which would be near impossible to do.
On the one hand it could be cool, on the other i die too many times as it is. Adding more teams would be a nightmare for me. Maybe it could be like civilisation in that enemy teams are eliminated if their core is destroyed.
What if even it was similar to battlefield where your assigned to a squad of 3 or four members, you spawn near your members as long as they are clear of enemies, like invasion from reach, with multiple teams in play, team work would become more desirable, as you cant go running off when multiple teams of spartans are dukeing it out for control of a base, or over killing a boss, whatever is done for this, it would be useful data for 343i for future titles on what to considers using.
